The Origin Story
ResultsMSP started the way most good MSP solutions start — a client asked a question nobody had a ready answer for.
In early 2024, MSP clients started getting AI security questions from their boards, insurance carriers, and auditors. They needed AI usage policies, governance documentation, and risk assessments. The tools existed — Defender, Secure Score, Conditional Access — but nobody had assembled them into a deliverable practice.
Paul built it. He created the assessment methodology, wrote the policies and playbooks, designed the service tiers, and deployed the practice in a live MSP environment. It worked. Clients signed. Revenue grew. The practice proved itself.
Then other MSP operators started asking: "Can I run that at my location?"
That question became ResultsMSP — a licensable practice that any MSP operator can deploy in 30 days with full HQ backup support.
